CSR Label

In keeping with its commitments to health, education and the environment, and in line with its long-standing social commitments, COOPER PHARMA was awarded the CGEM Label for Social Responsibility for the first time (CSR), on 7 May 2014.
The CSR label, awarded on the advice of the CGEM Award Committee, is a solemn recognition of Moroccan companies’ respect for their commitment to observe, defend and promote the universal principles of social responsibility and sustainable development in their economics, their social relations and, more generally, their contribution to the creation of value.

This certification is the result of a voluntary approach and recognizes the commitment of Cooper Pharma in the following 9 areas:

  Respect for human rights

  Improving conditions of employment, work and industrial relations

  Environmental protection

  Preventing corruption

  Compliance with the rules of healthy competition

  Transparency in corporate governance

  Respect for the interests of customers and suppliers

  Promoting the social responsibility of suppliers and subcontractors

  The development of societal commitment

« Great Africa » Trophy

Cooper Pharma, a leading player in the pharmaceutical industry in the A&ME (Africa & Middle East) region, was awarded the « Great Africa » award by Maroc Export in recognition of its internationalization strategy and of its exports abroad.

The award was given to Cooper Pharma on the sidelines of the 11th Conference and the World Awards of the Network of Trade Promotion Organizations, organized by Maroc Export, in collaboration with International Trade Center, on Thursday 24 November 2016 in Marrakech.
Focusing on Africa and the Middle East, Cooper Pharma’s strategy of exports is based on the principle of sharing its know-how in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control with partner countries in order to increase the autonomy of medicines required by health security.
